Subject: How can I reduce number of materials?

Vic3 comes with about 25 different mat zones (like SkinForeArm, SkinArm, SkinHand). I would like to reduce the numbers of mats to a minimum to make it easier to import OBJs in other apps. What would be the best approach?

Thanks Evo, but it looks like Grouper will do only one file at a time. Is there a way to do it for many OBJ files together?

Not that I know of...however, you can compose a scene in Poser, and export the entire scene as one OBJ file, making sure to keep your material groups separate...that should work for most uses I can think of...unless your doing something else. Evo
