If you have Poser ProPack or Poser 5, there is a SetUp Room where you can move the"bones" around to fit, or copy "bones" from one figure to another, and then tweak. (These bones are the interior framework which tell a mesh where to bend and how far.) I believe that the default skeleton that comes with Poser was based upon the Poser 2 male (ages and ages ago). I'm not sure about the proportions and height for the AV skeleton, but it is pretty old as well. The skeletons really do need an upgrade to go with the Millenium figures, but the return on investment probably isn't there. How many clothes does a skeleton have in her wardrobe? [Actually, glance over at Lucy in the closet... she has a decent selection of coats... hmmm... the chattering of teeth must be an old habit.] Even if your figure isn't animated, you'll want to pose him so that he is standing naturally. If you can get the bones aligned, then you can also copy the pose and slap that onto the skeleton as well. Carolly
