Yeah it is funny that sometimes you assume that people do things you do. Full Tracking mode makes a huge difference. As you already know now the dress has a single bodyhandle at the bottom that allows you to pose the skirt more in the leg region. The morphs can be used alone but the handle is a tool for animators and poses where the hip is rotated. One thing I do is lock Vicki's hip before applying the pose and then tweak the pose to be suitable for the dress. In this image I locked her hip and applied the pose where she is kneeling with her hands interlaced.
