It sucks how they do this... but I understand they dont want to increase bandwith...it's all about money - plain and simple. an even cheaper alternative is that if you have a static connection (cable t1,dsl) you could run your own server with a Linux/unix OS. Or Run it with Microsoft Personal Web Server. In 98 its in control panel-> add remove programs -> Windows set up -> Internet tools. The bad thing about using PWS is that no matter what connection the end users have - the max transfer rate will be 56k.
