Looks like Vector Capital agreement with Corel will give them "first buyer" priveledges until April 23rd. Vector Capital can give a buy out quote during that time, but Corel can opt to let the 30 days run out, and see if there will be any higher bidding comapnies out there. Doesn't look like there will be (imho) Vector Capital is agreeing to at least buy them out for $1 a share even after the 30 days. And, of course the new question; What will Vector Capital do with Corel's properties, and our Bryce? AgentSmith
