It's an interesting play for them if you look at their portfolio. It doesn't really seem to be a good fit. They are slightly diversified but seem a little heavier in tech than in software that produces an end product. The good news to that I think is that it doesn't appear that they want Corel assests to drop them into their other portfolio companies. It COULD mean they think Corel is a winner with better management, or it could mean they have some other plan up their sleeve.
