thanks everybody for the information. Yes she is a girl on General Hospital. My wife watches that show all the time. The womens name is Alicia Willis and yes she is a very lovely girl. She was distinctive as well and I was having a tough time making characters that didn't look like Victoria's Sisters so I decided to try Alicia. If anyone discovers those side dimples let me know.
