Okay, assuming you didn't move anything after installing V3, you should see a bunch of folders in the Pose library that start with an ! mark. The folders will have names like !V3 ____ INJ and !V3 ____ REM. INJ means it will inject that morph and REM will remove it. The !V3 All Morphs INJ folder has files that will add in all the morphs of a particular type, such as all the male morphs, all the eye morphs, etc. (Depending on which morph sets you bought, of course.) !V3 All Morphs REM will remove all of that morph type. There are also folders to add individual morphs. You can also look into those folders to see what morphs are contained in each file inside the !V3 All Morphs INJ folder. (I.e. all the individual morphs in your !V3 Eyes INJ folder will be loaded if you run the !V3 All Morphs INJAll Eyes.pz2 file.) To insert a morph, just select V3, go to the desired folder, and double click on the morph (or morph set.) That's it. (Boy, all that instead of saying "double click!") ;-) Some people are releasing character morph injection files so you can click on one file and get the same morph settings that the creator used. These are just MOR files that also inject the morphs at the same time. If anything needs clarifying, just holler.
