The only thing you have to watch when playing guitar, especially classical, is over bending the wrists, which isn't a good thing while flexing your fingers. On the other hand, plectrum picking is probably good as it'll strengthen your wrist and arm without the undue stress. Oh, of course I meant CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome).
