If you check the frestuff section there are lots of building related ones: Check the 'Props'... There's wall sections, windows, doors, oriental tea rooms, greek baths, etc... ;-) As for advice to creating your comic: 1- make sure you do a 'Storyboard' of what you want. So when you break down your story, you'll know exactly what you need for your scenes! One quick way to your interior design would be to use the simple cube primitive in poser and just add texture to it... A good way to learn is to watch the best at it.
