Some of the best free light sets you'll find anywhere are those made by Traveler. They are located at Runtime DNA (The link). However, there are also some excellent sets here. Snow Sultan and Illustrender have offered a few. Do a search here in Freestuff under their names. There are others and I apologize to their creators for being unable to come up with names but it has been an extremely long day. I am sure others will also be able to name their favorites.
