Maybe check the tutorials here on this site or from 3D worlds or try the included handbook (help button). This last one is not for print but there is a printable edition on the net (376 pages) Checkout Render and render options in the taskbar. You can save poser files in the classical windows way and when you "save as" you have 1; One file saved as a poser file (for later adjustment you see the poser image next to the file) and 2.after that there is one saved automatically asa jpeg image file. Check out also the export and import possibilities from the "file" menu. Just a newbee myself lost in labraries.
