no. Not all species especially dinosaurs and birds have sturnums or shoulder plates. It has to to with mobility in the chest. Also most creatures don't have four legs and two wings. But you could always make some yourself and parent them to the figure. There are shoulder bones in the pic but it is more eleongated than on modern species. (see Psittacosaurs, Protoceratopids, Pteranodon, Carosaurs, etc, etc, etc)
