Maybe if you intentionally make it a skull shape along with other evil outlines in the clouds, it will help set the mood. 2nd. The pumpkin sits to squarely. Maybe a tilt or turn angle will give it a more "in the throwing process" look. 3rd. The cape looks like a rock out-cropping in this view. 4th. A beaten trail on the ground to indicate a highway meeting.
