Have a great birthday and, yes, Tailor will allow you to move the morphs you've put onto M2, V2, and Steph into most clothing. Some clothing doesn't morph well. Its because of something technical I don't completely understand, but fortunately its fine for 95% of the clothing I've tried it with. I haven't used the Tailor with V3.
