I quick fix is to go down one side of the body limb element by limb element and take the X scale and the Z scale down, then "symetry" it to the other side of the body. I find they can go down to 85% sometimes without the "bending" screwing up. You can also use the P4 Hero Morph dial set negative a bit to smooth the muscle defintion and trim further but you really nead the body smoothing morph sets from Traveler's Morph World 2. Symetry wont't move the morphs over so you have to just add them to each limb individually. Make sure to save your characters so you don't have to do all this over again in the future. In P4 you can slim the face with negative "round Face" or negative "square face".
