Simple latex; start with a solid colour base, jack specularity to max, ambience to <10%, reflection to between 10-20% (depends on taste) and pehaps a trace of metallicity. You can also, if you have the UV map, custom paint a set of trans and bump maps for whatever clothing item you are working on. These should be applied in separate channels (applied parametrically) if you are working with a procedural tex as per the above recipe.

Pass no temptation lightly by, for one never knows when it may pass again!
