Phil, I started working on this project last night, using Virtual PC 6 with Windoze 2000. RTEncoder seemed to work fine initially, but following the included instructions from Viomar produced an error in the second step, where you mate the intermediate file with the V1 or V2 obj. Maybe that 2nd step should have been "encode" rather than "decode?" That worked, but then it was late, and I gave up. Working with Windoze gives me a pain in the you-know-what, but will keep at it.
