I was able to get quite a range of different looks with the basic MM clothes pack and several free items, such as hats (by Crowfoot) and those authentic Colts and gunbelts (in DAZ Free Archives). I also have a free texture for cavalry pants in R'osity Free Stuff. You will see a rebel soldier, Union cavalryman, a bartender, card-shark, a Lone Ranger type, US Marshall, etc.
