I think this has been the best Photoshop Fire out there for a long time, and its a really short tutorial. The only drawback was that you need to have a black background, but the other day I saw an action at Adobe's Action Studio Exchange targeted at removing the black bkg from this effect. I havn't tried it yet, but it looked like it may work!
