Where it says winning images need to be provided in 300dpi TIFF, does this mean that they should be sized at 300dpi with respect to the dimensions, or that the current dimensions should multiplied up to provide the same printed size of image at 300dpi as the specified dimensions would produce at standard screen dpi? I don't even understand that question myself, so well done if you can answer it. What I mean is, if I created a 200x200 image and converted to 300dpi, it would print as 2/3 inch square. Is this OK, or should the size of the image be 300/72 * 200 = 833 square to compensate for the difference between screen and print dpi. I'm going to bed.
