i had the same prob 12hrs ago and still have if this thing i'm doing fails. poser is exporting a 150 frames animation at this very moment (which turned out to be 650kbs. not sure if its too big for an average net user) here's what i noticed: keep number of colors low, 4 colors does 'flash-looking' animations, adding colors to five or more makes the animation surprisingly big. but the most important thing is lighting and shadows. flash would look so much better, imho, if you just could toggle all lights off and turn on a flat white with no shadows. lots of lights and shadows makes the animation look pixelated. turning on overlapped colors makes skin look slightly more normal instead of gray. outlines make the animation more cartoon-style, which can be either good or bad. so check lights, number of colors and possibly a way to reduce frames and size of the animation. i think poser cant pack the size of .swf as much as swish3d or flashmx. check www.kokokuva.com/images/peter.swf for a small (350kb, not that small in size though)spider-flash i did just to test the flash exporting. its in four colors with one global light and one spot from the right of peter parker. on main page is another animation, this one is 673kb which i think is too large for me. if you find a way to prevent the animation being looped, let me know -not that familiar with it myself:)
