The basball cap is just a prop isn't it? It's probably set to be positioned correctly relative to the P4Man's head. Try selecting the cap, and use the x, y, and z trans dials to reposition the cap - try y -.112, z .004. Finally save the cap as "Boy's cap" in you prop library.
