I created a 1100+ frame animation at 640x480 last week. P5 would run out of memory after 100 frames or so and crash with an error message, so I couldn't render the entire animation in one shot. But since I was rendering as an image sequence, rather than .avi, it didn't matter; I could simply restart Poser and continue rendering where it left off.

Took about four days, if anyone's interested. Firefly engine: raytraced shadows enabled, with refractive effects. Probably would have taken just two days if I'd kept Poser running continuously, but this is my only machine, and I had other things to do.
