since you mention Daz, all the answers can be found on the daz3d faq about what is legal to distribute, sell, and what is not, and how to do that. If you create a texture completely from your own making using the blank texture guides (provided in each product) then you can legally do what ever you wish with that texture that you created, sell it or give it away. you CAN NOT use an existing texture as a base to create a dirivitive and sell that or even give it away. you create it, it's yours, you use someone elses or Daz, you can use it for personal use but not give it away, or sell it. morphs are defined in the Daz FAQ as to what you have to do to make them distributable, ether for sale or free, you have to read their info. just some info I've been getting data on myself. hope that helps a bit.
