Do you have Poser 4? or 5? Do you have a PC or a MAC? Updating Poser cannot be the problem. We all have updated Poser4. Make sure you have Vue 4.12!!! If necessary uninstall and re-install Vue (if PC). And tell us more. We will find a way for you:-) Guitta
