Well I have a couple of albums on that site, most of the people copy things they like and build an album. The pictures can be used to send about. The pictures I saw and recognized were picked up and placed in the albums because the people liked them. I saw people's images and they include the signatures so there appears to be no intent to claim the images belong to anyone. I see a lot of them which are copied or scanned from calendars etc. Not too much different than the galleries, though I often wondered what type of problems these albums presented to the people who just copy what they like. I don't mind if people use my images, I put my signature on them and this does provide a pretty nice place to showcase work. You can make your albums private with a password. I do not think that there is any money or that the pictures are sold, except that the site generates a lot of traffic and for the advertisers it is a goldmine for being seen. For those who want to get their work seen it is not too bad a place. Maybe the better solution is for the artists to open their own albums so that they can associated their work with a name and they have a community page reference for future contact.
