She reminds me of a 'Fran' that's on this 'Nanny show' that runs on the syndicated channels out here. I think it was a sitcom in the mid 90's. Fran was a nanny from a 'poor white trash background' working in a family of tv-stereotyped rich white people. Your Fran and the TV fran have very similar faces.
