First off, I want to tell all of you that have emailed us your complaints in the past, "Thank you!!", we have been listening. We've been working hard for quite a while now at making several improvements to our online store. I believe that the majority of your complaints are being addressed and should be implemented soon. Anything else that anyone would like to see, please feel free to email us at feedback@daz3d.com and we'll see about adding it to our website "To Do" list. The sad truth is that the growth of our store has vastly outpaced the growth of our website, but we are doing what we can to catch up. Please, keep coming back to check our site periodically, we should have most of the updates in place very soon.

And those of you that have a very slow response from our website, I'll be trying to contact you individually, as this is a major concern for us. If we don't, then please email us at feedback@daz3d.com and let us know what OS you are on, what browser, what type of connection, and your general geographic location (country and/or state/province).
