The stirrups are separate pieces from the saddle, but are parented to the saddle. Make sure saddle is selected and the click on conform to Charager. Same with the reins. They are parented to the bridle. Make sure bridle is selected and then conform to Charger.

My idea of rebooting is kicking somebody in the butt twice!
