Subject: Moving Desktop!!!???

Well, by using the "Desktop as web" setting on just about any windows PC this can be done. Create yourself an HTML file and you can go to town on it. Then when you go to select your background for the desktop, browse for the HTML file you created. Anything you can get to work on the webpage will work on your desktop background. (I've used animated .gif's in this manner.) Which can be pretty neat. You can also do the scrolling marquee text, etc. and anything else that will work like mouseover commands. Of course there's a downside to this. It will eat up some system resources (depending on how elaborate it is) and might slow down things a bit (more noticable on older 'puters.) Also I've seen '98 get a bit temperamental in handling this, but the later versions (Me and XP) seem to be better at handling the web desktop backgrounds.
