  1. Success or Unsuccessful? [X] I had to download the installer 3 times before it worked 2. Client Used? [X] Browser (IE Version 6 3. ISP Details? [X] Cable [X] I have a personal firewall enabled I couldn't get the figure updater to work after about 6 or 7 tries. Installed GetRight and was then able to get it to work.
