If you know the file is in there without an .rsr but you still get no grey shrugging guy, either your file paths are duplicated or filenames are messed up (you cannot move most of the file structure from the factory defaults and don't know about a Mac, but on a PC you cannot change Poser's filename extensions). Can you see and open any of the default characters that came with Poser?
