Okay, one of the first rules is that with /really/ good makeup... You won't notice it that much, unless it's meant to stand out, like glamor makeup or goth. Makeup comes in two shades. Warm and cool(there are likely a lot more, now. This book is OLD). The cool colors have a bluish/grey undertone to them. Warm tones have an orangeish or golden/yellow undertone to them. 'Spring' and 'Fall' colors are considered warm, and 'Summer' and 'Winter' are considered cool. I've scanned the pallates for your viewing pleasure.
