That would clutter the parameter dial table. Best start each morph name according to what part of the face it affects. A list of who made what morph could go in an accompanying text file. That file could also contain details of any cases where you had to rename a morph for clarity or to avoid name clash. Best avoid number-names like nose1, nose2, etc; individual descriptive names would be more useful.
