The easist way is like Ed says use Konans Maximum pose for 3dsMax once you have your animation set up in poser its very easy to use MP to bring it into max...heres a movie using it its QT4 and 320k http://www.poserworld.com/pgallery/balleydance2.mov this was the first one I did as soon as I got the full app heres the url for the app http://www.ev.ca/konan/MaxPose and there is a demo there........Steve
