Kutter, the 3ds format does not recognize group transforms. If you group your objects and then transform the group, or even use the mirror command, you'll get your objects scattered all arround when imported to Vue. To fix this, before you export, ungroup everything, select all, then use the reset transform from the utilities. Making all the parts one editable mesh is not a great solution, as you lose the ability to texture each part differently in Vue. Hope this helps! erka
