Migal, Good stuff. It's becoming clearer. VK first told me about '_NO_FIG' a year ago when I was adding ERC to props. It's a placeholder for the valueOpDeltaAdd channel, but strictly for props. Second point. I also tried reading the PointAtParm in a pz3 and saw no difference other than the sp, sl, etc (spline references for animation, in case you were wondering). But I didn't try saving it, so didn't discover that the cr2 discards it on reload. This explains a lot. Like why I couldn't get the MAT to work, even after adding a blank PAP channel. So, it looks as though you're right. It's added from the menu and can't be modified in the cr2 (other than the value). According to Ajax, in the other thread, it points the body part to the axis of the target, without altering the rot dials at all. I'll be interested in anything new you come up with. mac PS I was doing all my experiments using the poser ball as the target.
