Unfortunately, today was one of those days when too many things hit the fan at once. Between the code swap and a needed server overhaul and few other issues from the old store, things got messed up quite bad for a while. In fact, they still aren't completely perfect yet, hence the downtime. Believe me, we hate it as much as you all do, and we feel it, too. Our code monkey is working feverishly to get things back to the nirvana they were at before the problems occured. We did test and double and triple check the store, (we've been developing it for months now), but unfortunatley we've had a couple of unforeseen issues arise that couldn't have been anticipated simply through testing. Long story short: We're working on it, and once it's up, yes, we will be very happy ;) . The loss of the Platinum Club membership appears to be isolated to just a handful of individuals, and have no fear, we still have all your purchase information, so if you have indeed lost your membership, it will be restored immediately. We actually have some very big things in the works for the Platinum Club, as its one year anniversary rolls closer, be ready to see some cool things happening with that part of our site.
