Did you buy it with a credit card? If so you might be able to get the charge reversed through the card company. You might try and call customer service again and demand to speak to a supervisor. Sometimes you just get a low-ranking jerk who doesn't care about his or her job. If half the screen is blurry I would define that as "out of order". Eric J
