I have been in several country's (Belgium, Germany, France, Denmark(sp?)) for weeks without anyone asking for drugs. But in the one single week I ever spend in the UK there where 3 people trying to sell me drugs and 7 trying to buy it. They heard I spoke dutch, so they thought I used drugs. So far I haven't used, had, bought or sold it, but I found it very striking. That's why I still make jokes about it sometimes.
