That still doesnt solve the MAT Pose problem tho. RCT will have to repeat the proceedure over all the time they load that particular figure or prop. RTC, once you have all your jpg's converted to BUM files, if you can, open up and edit each MAT Pose file and change the lines like so: { version { number 4.1 } figure { material Your Material { KdColor 1 1 1 1 KaColor 0 0 0 1 KsColor 0.043137 0.027451 0.015686 1 TextureColor 1 1 1 1 NsExponent 1 tMin 0 tMax 0 tExpo 0 bumpStrength 1 ksIgnoreTexture 0 reflectThruLights 1 reflectThruKd 0 textureMap "Runtime:textures:Your Folder:Your Texture.jpg" 0 0 bumpMap "Runtime:textures:Your Folder:Your Texture.bum" 0 0 reflectionMap NO_MAP transparencyMap NO_MAP ReflectionColor 1 1 1 1 reflectionStrength 1 } } } This is just an example but there are tuts for this here at rosity.You can then save the MAT Pose and use it on your converted textures.
