Then uninstall them and try it all over again...also...you dont have the propack so you will run into this problem when you overlook that some daz packages are for propack only. Reinstall the packs,manually convert the jpg's to bum format, then save em in the appropriate folder. Then edit the MAT files like I said and save em in the appropriate folder. Then try it. If that doesnt work then I cant tell you whats wrong. It worked for me before I got the Pro Pack so it should be fine for you. Good Luck :) Eric
