Maybe you keep getting the same message because Poser is asking for the map on each body part. So, keep pointing it to the correct map, and after a multitude of times, you will get to the end of the process and the maps will work. This happens to me sometimes. Once you finish the process, it will not occur again for that model/texture combination.
