Full body morphs don't save to pose files, I'm afraid. When you get a character MOR-PZ2 that does set body morphs it's either hand written or a trimmed down CR2, so unless you have a figure saved as well (or a PZ3 scene from which you could save a CR2) i'm afraid your character is lost.
