Unfortunately since it's a V2 character (if I'm reading correctly) you can't distribute the CR2, so you will have to make a PZ2. The best (almost only) help I found is a tut. on doing this with CR2 edit, from which you can deduce what you need to delete when opening a (copy) CR2 in Notepad. Change the extension of the reduced CR2 to PZ2 and you should have a distributable MOR-pose. I'm surprised there's nothing on this at DAZ Arcana.
