I made a quick render of her face and that is not the morph as it is, I changed her eyes and lips a bit and she has pointy ears.
The specular color is original set to a light grey and I guess this is causing what you call waxy skin. I applied the *skin default* matpose from the V3 matposes and that took the hightlight away. I renderd in ProPack.
