P3DO is in Freestuf, under utilities, or at the above link. It's basically an Explorer-like file manager which groups files with their RSR/PNG thumbnail, so you can rename them and so on as a unit, extracts the texture and geometry references to a side window so that you can see what the item calls for and where it should go, and other stuff. It's very useful.
