We apologize for any delayed orders or inconveniences that people have experienced as we've transitioned to our new store software. Currently, the "MD5 checksum" error that many of your have receieved recently is a bug of our cc authorizing company "authorize.net" and we're being forced to deal with it. In the event this happens, please do not continue trying to process your order, just wait and with some manual intervention our sales team should be able to complete the order for you. In the meantime, everyone should double-check their addresses as many were crammed into one line during the database switch, etc. And any commas in the address fields, or periods in the First of Last Name field should be removed to help avoid any verification errors.
