Just one thing: Cinema 4D is $595. But, to get some of the results you get in Bryce (caustics, depth of field), you have to buy XL bundle, which costs 1723,28 euros. Of course, you get Motion capture and particle system then, too, but it's beside the point. And to get the network rendering on more than 3 clients, you have to pay even more. I paid my computer about 1000 euros.
